About the workshop
Build confidence in your body and mind with a unique workshop where you’ll learn about the mechanics of beach breaks, how our brains and bodies work under pressure, and techniques for staying calm in stressful situations at sea, followed by a fun, underwater workout.
Workshops are 3 hour long, designed for both kids and adults, athletic groups, and for company fun days. Workshops take place at a beach of your choice or private pool depending on weather and sea conditions. Catering is available upon request.

We generally do workshops for 4-12 individuals but are happy to accommodate specific requests for smaller or larger groups.

A bathing suit or wetsuit depending on the season and a towel
Goggles (but if you don’t own a pair we have a few extras)
A hat or sunscreen (especially in the summer!)
Water and a light snack

This depends on the forecast and season. We hold workshops at Hilton and Gordon beach in Tel Aviv, Poleg beach in Netanya, and at a pool in Udim.
We can also host workshops at any beach or pool in Israel upon request.

All are welcome.
We do workshops for individuals from all backgrounds and levels of fitness from age 10 and above. Knowing how to swim is mandatory.

We don’t give refunds but are happy to reschedule at a later point in time that is convenient for your group.
