About the workouts

Strengthen your body and your mind with our unique underwater workouts which are designed to increase:

  • Cardiovascular health and lung capacity

  • Strength and endurance

  • Comfort in challenging conditions both in the water and out

Workouts are 1 hour long, designed for individuals or small groups, and take place at the beach or a pool depending on weather and sea conditions.

FAQs

  • Please reach out to us and we’ll give you a quote.

  • We generally do workouts for 1-4 individuals but are happy to accommodate specific requests for smaller or larger groups.

    1. A bathing suit or wetsuit depending on the season and a towel

    2. Goggles (but if you don’t own a pair we have a few extras)

    3. A hat or sunscreen (especially in the summer!)

    4. Water and a light snack

  • This depends on the forecast and season. We hold workouts at Hilton and Gordon beach in Tel Aviv, Poleg beach in Netanya, and at a pool in Udim.

    We can also host workouts at any beach or pool in Israel upon request.

  • All are welcome.

    We do workshops for individuals from all backgrounds and levels of fitness from age 10 and above. Knowing how to swim is mandatory.

  • We don’t give refunds but are happy to reschedule at a later point in time that is convenient for your group.
