Work on your aerobic fitness, paddle technique, core strength, and balance on the water. If there are waves, surfs up and we’ll tailor the lesson accordingly.

We typically offer lessons in Tel Aviv and Netanya but can accommodate special requests.

SUP (if you don’t have one we can get you one at an additional cost)
A bathing suit and rash guard, or wetsuit depending on the season and a towel
A hat or sunscreen (especially in the summer!)
Water and a light snack

We don’t give refunds but are happy to reschedule at a later point in time that is convenient for you.
